Sheep, goat and cow caciotta

SHEEP CACIOTTA

Our Sheep caciotta is a soft cheese with an intense and mildly savoury taste.

It is cylindrical in shape and rarely has holes, with flat or slightly concave faces. Its surface is straw yellow with a thin crust.
Caciotta is used above all as a table product.
It is also very tasty in the variations seasoned with walnuts, chilli pepper, pistachio or “Vino Primitivo”.

Ingredients: sheep's milk, salt, rennet and starting agents
Formats: 3 kg / by the slice

GOAT CACIOTTA

Our Goat caciotta is a soft cheese without holes, white in colour and with a mild savoury taste, slightly resembling stracchino (an unfermented cheese from Lombardy).

It is cylindrical in shape, with flat or slightly concave faces and its surface is straw yellow with a thin crust .
It is used above all as a table product.

COW CACIOTTA

It is a Cow's milk Caciotta. It has a soft texture with a few holes and possesses a delicate taste.

It is cylindrical in shape with flat or slightly concave faces and its surface is straw yellow with a thin crust.
It is used above all as a table product.
