Burrata is a fresh cheese, typical of the Apulian gastronomic tradition. It is circular in shape obtained with a layer of pasta filata, which contains a soft cream heart and mozzarella shreds.
It is round in shape, nice and soft and its filling is tasty and unique.
It can be eaten in various sizes, also dressed with extra virgin olive oil and a basil leaf or black pepper.
