It is a cheese made by the transformation of goat's milk.

It is presented in circular slices, a solid and compact ivory white cheese, with a mild and delicate taste.
It is a quick main meal, healthy and easy to digest. It is cooked by being heated directly in a preheated non-stick frying pan like a real steak, or it can be prepared following the classic chop recipe then fried.
